was a bit overwhelming. 18 of the same. exact. outfits. I didn't really like my final product either, but everyone else tells me they look awesome. I am just not proud of them like I was for my "Little Women" costumes.
To top it off, at the end of opening night an actor bellowed up at me from down in the middle of a large crowd of patrons that I needed to change his quick change snaps on his vest to Velcro because he could not get his snap snapped for the final number. Funny, everyone else seemed to snap fine...(SIGH). I just looked at him and turned and walked away with my blood boiling in my ears. Who does he think he is to yell that at me in the middle of a large crowd telling me to change my costumes? Not only does it make him look unprofessional, it makes me and the theater look bad. NOT COOL. Needless to say I spoke to the SM and he was given a talk. He glared at me as he walked out. No apology. I didn't expect one.
Oh well...the show is now open, we had a full house and I hopefully will never have to deal with that again.
Now if I could just get this song out of my head...
