Little Women the Musical!

These past two months have been a series of grueling days in front of the sewing machine amid a flurry of patterns, thread, notions, and fabric...all for the sake of one show...Little Women the Musical.
I decided I wanted to build all of the costumes starting from the inside out. So to begin this journey I started with corsets, chemises, bloomers, hoop-skirts (I didn't actually make these), and petticoats. Next I moved on to the actual dresses-insert big sigh of relief here-! Thanks to Frodo who took pictures on opening night (I am so grateful!) I can share them. Although you can't see the undergarments, here are a few of my favorite pictures of the cast! ENJOY!
