I am very excited because Halloween is right around the corner! For the past two years I have had night classes and have not been around to hand out candy to all the Trick-Or-Treaters, but this year it is going to be different! I made sure that I was in no night classes this fall quarter so I am able to be around and see all the kids costumes! I am also looking forward to our now annual Halloween Party. (I think our friends sort of depend on us to throw a party, because if we didn't they would probably stay at home and watch scary movies, plus I think they secretly like to dress up even though they always seem poo-poo about it.) This year we are changing it up a bit, we are still going to have our Costume Contest, but we decided to make it a theme Halloween party. When I say theme, I mean other than Halloween. This year everyone must come as their favorite Horror/Scary/Odd Movie character. No more boring pirates, faeries and bloody butchers. No-sir-e! It's time to dust off the thinking cap and get really creative! After all, we spend a lot of time and energy, thought and money being creative in putting this party on. Now it is time to get some enthusiasm back from our friends! Yea! We even get really creative with the costume contest awards, and it is time that the costumes match the gifts! Now I am not saying people do not put out an effort or dress up-everyone does! And we do have fun!
The costume categories are:
"Scariest"
"Most Creative"
"Funniest/Craziest"
"Pretty/Sexiest"
I already know what Tony and I are going to be, even though Tony doesn't want to be what I want to be. I am just going to make the costumes and we will look wicked...awesome!
